The event was hedl on may 26th in Bari and organized by JS and MA about how to do it: rules and suggestions for the implementation of the funded projects of the first call.
After the institutional greeting of Italian National Authority by Paolo Galletta and Puglia Region by Gianna Elisa Berlingerio, the warn welcome of more than 150 participants onsite and online by Gianfranco Gadaleta (Joint Secreteriat) and Kiriakos Fotiadis (Managing Authority).
In-depth and focused on the topics, the speeches of Giorgios Simos (MA) about lessons from the previous programming period, project start-up and monitoring procedures by Anca Daniela Simion (JS), modifications during implementation by Elena Giannopoulou (JS) and financial flows about Chrysoula Pierri (JS).
The second session was opened with the online speech of Ioanna Kalaitzoglou about MIS procedures and has gone ahead with Maristella Mantuano (communication obligations and KoM starter pack) and a final focus on Management Verification Procedures by Giuseppe Gargano (National Implementation Procedures) and Tina Ranieri (Administrative Verifications of beneficiaries based in Italy) of JS with the contribute of MA.
The event concluded with a useful and well attended session of questions & answers.
The beneficiaries’ support from JS and MA continues beyond the event with the common goal of improving the lives of citizens through projects that are developed in a correct and effective way
