Promoting the alignment of sustainable practices between public and private sectors. this is one of the focus of the Strategic Stakeholder Workshop on sustainable nautical tourism, held in Corfu on 28 april under the ARGONAUT project.
Organized by the Decentralized Administration of Peloponnese, Western Greece & Ionian Islands the workshop brought together representatives from public bodies, ports and the tourism sector. The event enabled constructive dialogue, allowing participants to exchange views and identify shared challenges and priorities. Discussions highlighted the need to strengthen coordination among stakeholders and improve the regulatory framework. Particular emphasis was placed on efficient management of berthing capacity and the importance of continuous consultation processes to support decision-making and future initiatives. The workshop reaffirmed the importance of cooperation and cross-border collaboration for a more resilient nautical tourism model in the Adriatic–Ionian area.
