Companies4Tomorrow held its second project meeting bridging its partners, experts, and regional stakeholders to discuss its implementation. The C4T Project aims to enhance digital innovation capacities and support the transition of SMEs toward Industry 4.0 through collaborative cross-border actions, knowledge sharing, and innovative digital transformation methodologies.
On 5–6 October 2025 the partners of the project met in the historic city of Matera, hosted by the Basilicata Chamber of Commerce.
The two-day meeting focused on project implementation progress, communication and dissemination activities, policy mapping for sustainable digital transformation, benchmarking of international best practices, development of digital capacity-building methodologies, and the establishment of cross-border Living Labs for SMEs.
A key highlight of the meeting was the discussion around the development of the C4T-Hub, a cross-border framework designed to support SMEs through skills assessment, digital capacity building, and innovation services across Greece and Italy.
The first day of the event included guided visits to the facilities of the Basilicata Chamber of Commerce, allowing participants to explore infrastructure and potential spaces for the implementation of the project’s Living Lab activities. Networking and collaboration opportunities have been encouraged among project partners.
On the second day, partners reviewed project milestones, procurement plans, deliverables, and upcoming activities, while aligning efforts for the next implementation phase. Discussions also addressed coordination tools, communication strategies, exchange visits, and the roadmap for future project actions.
