ECO FLOW project officially started on October 30, 2025, at the AQP Water Palace in Bari with a well-attended kick-off meeting hosted by the Lead Partner, Acquedotto Pugliese.
The fully day meeting brought together all partners from Italy and Greece, along with some representatives from the Greece-Italy Programme, key local stakeholders, and local and regional media.
The meeting opened with a welcome from Acquedotto Pugliese, setting the tone for an ambitious collaboration.
Partners shared their methodologies and specific goals. The meeting concluded with a guided tour of the AQP Water Palace.
Co-funded by EU under the Interreg VI-A Greece–Italy 2021–2027 Programme, the project started on July 10, 2025.
It involves six partners: Acquedotto Pugliese (Lead Partner), Arif Puglia, Acquedotto Lucano s.p.a., DEYAK Arta, DEYAP Dymaion, DEYAK Corfù.
In a context of growing water scarcity, the project focuses on the reuse of wastewater treated with innovative technologies to transform it into renewable resources for agriculture.
This is the project’s primary goal.
