“HELIX-SMART: Empowering digital transformation and sustainable growth“. The HELIX-SMART project unites Greece and Italy to empower SMEs and freelancers through digital innovation and sustainability. The project was officially launched with its kick-off meeting held on 22-23 September 2025 in Corfu, Greece.
The meeting commenced with a welcome from the Head of Dept. of Informatics, Ionian University and brought together representatives of all six project partners; Ionian University, Chamber of Achaia, Athena RC, University of Foggia, CNA Brindisi and GALBaTiR. Valuable contributions were offered by the JS Coordinator, the Communication Officer and the Project Officer.
Partners collaborated to outline the strategies and methodologies they will follow on their path to design of a platform for assessing the current situation, the realisation of living labs and open courses and the development of an innovative digital twin that will highlight actions and facilitate cooperation between end beneficiaries across all regions.
