Engaged, interested and with a excellent aptitude in the European Union and territorial cooperation. In the school Giovanni Paolo II – De Marinis, a preliminary meeting was held with around a hundred children from the fourth and fifth year classes of the primary school, who got a taste of Friday’s Interreg Cooperation Day, learning about the themes of territorial cooperation.
The children watched the video and the presentation by two members of the JS, Maria Trabace (administrative assistant) and Maristella Mantuano (communication officer), on this event with which the European Commission celebrates the Territorial Cooperation Programmes and Projects (CTE) every year.
The “Day” was established in 2012, but has already led to the organisation of 1,490 events across Europe, involving 266,000 people
Our Interreg Cooperation Day has just begun: stay tuned for updates on the 24 October event themed around coloured bricks.
