ARTI – the Regional Agency for Technology, Technology Transfer and Innovation of Puglia – has launched, as Lead Partner of the ENERGIE project, a call for the selection of nine international professionals under 35.
The call seeks talents who will support co-design and place-based regeneration processes, contributing to the development of integrated solutions for sustainable urban regeneration, heritage enhancement, energy transition and community activation. Selected professionals will collaborate closely with local communities, institutions and stakeholders through participatory dialogue and multidisciplinary approaches.
Activities will take place in three pilot sites, conceived as living laboratories for experimentation: Brindisi (Puglia – IT), focusing on the regeneration of the Molo Catene waterfront area; Matera (Basilicata – IT), where the UNESCO Sassi District will be integrated with sustainable mobility and energy efficiency solutions; and Aigialeia (Western Greece – GR), with the adaptive reuse of the former Aigio Paper Mill as a civic and cultural hub.
The call is open to professionals with expertise in territorial planning and sustainable tourism, renewable energy and climate solutions, economic development and finance for regeneration, participatory design and community governance. Each assignment offers a total fee of €25,000 + VAT, with activities running until May 2027.
Applications must be submitted online, in English, by 12:00 (CET) on 27 February 2026.
