Planning a cross-border sea route is about to become smarter and greener. Developed within the ARGONAUT project, the Adriatic Maritime Route Planner is now complete, offering sailors and maritime operators a digital tool to plan routes in real time while taking safety and environmental sustainability into account.
By supporting more efficient navigation, the platform promotes greener and more responsible tourism across the Adriatic and Ionian seas, helping reduce the environmental impact of maritime activities.
Led by ITS Academy Mobilità through a strong Greek-Italian partnership, ARGONAUT is taking another step towards a more connected and sustainable Blue Economy. The platform will soon be available for rollout across the territory.
