Acronym: C4T

Project Summary

As the GR-IT region suffers from high inequality levels, particularly between urban and rural areas, this transnational cooperation will contribute to sharing experience and practices regarding the skills necessary for the design and implementation of transnational smart specialization strategies, clusters, and new forms of e-services.

"Companies4tomorrow (C4T)"  project will create a comprehensive capacity building program for Business Support Organizations comprising a Competence Pack, Toolbox and Actions for Industry 4.0 - related SME support (digital platforms, technology solutions, pilot demonstrators, organizational toolkit for the change, business strategies, product/service innovation, training, pilot actions, knowledge transfer, establishment of living labs/hubs etc) and demonstrates how knowledge transfer among different supporting organizations from different regions can be sustainably strengthened and qualitatively enhanced through the innovative project Mechanism.

The main objective of the project is to enable Greece and Italy Business Support Organizations as key actors of the innovation system of SMEs to provide effective and efficient support services for local companies covering all key aspects of the digital transformation towards Industry 4.0.

By targeting GR-IT Business Supporting Organizations for strengthening their knowledge transfer linkages, "companies4tomorrow (C4T)" will sustainably impact the dynamics of Industry 4.0 transformation of SMEs across GR-IT and open new opportunities for economic growth and job creation in Industry 4.0 - related business fields. This is an important growth factor that will help SMEs to access the Global Markets as ICT tools and knowledge can facilitate market research and international market entry.
