Two calls approved and strategy steps ahead in the implementation of the Programme.
Those were the results of the V Monitoring Committee, held online on December 19th, with a fruitful discussions under the Greek Chair and the Italian co-Chair (Christos Kyrkoglou and Filippo La Vecchia), taking on board, the recommendations of the European Commission representative (Valeria Cenacchi) and the strategic guidelines provided by the Managing Authority (Maria Nezeriti) and the Joint Secretariat (Gianfranco Gadaleta)
The approved call number 6 (the second for common proposal) will have a total budget of euros 9 millions: for the specific objective 1.3 there are euros 2,5 million (no more than 1 million for each project); for the SO 2.4 and 4.5, there will be respectively euros 2,5 million and euro 4 million, with a limit of 1,5 million for each project. Partners can apply no more than two projects proposals. No limits for the lead partners’ applications.
The approved call number 7 (ISO Governance Projects with specific objectives 6.1 and 6.4) will have a total budget of almost 3 million euros and each project can be funded with no more than euros 800.000.
The publication of the two approved calls is expected within the end of January 2026. In the next VI Monitoring Committee (probably in Italy by the end of June) it will be discussed and voted the call for Small Scale Projects.
During the MC the updated timetable of planned calls and the overbooking methodology in the framework of the Programme budget have been both approved.
The Monitoring was the opportunity even for the exchange of wishes for the Christmas time and for the new year: may it be a harbinger of good news and great progress for the Programme and for all those involved in it.
